  32. opening screen disabled, your name imbedded in the program, bug reports
  33. and major version update notices (i.e. 2.0, 3.0, etc.).  Major revisions
  34. will be available to you for $10.

  38.     Upon receipt of this paid invoice the above individual stated
  39.   under "From:" above is granted unlimited use of this software
  40.   (OSCAR) on a SINGLE machine and may make as many backups as is
  41.   deemed nessesary for his/her purposes.  You may NOT sell OSCAR
  42.   to ANY individual, club, business, organization, government agency
  43.   or entity for profit or compensation of any kind.  However you may
  44.   freely distribute copies of OSCAR to other individuals or organizations
  45.   for a 30 day evaluation period provided that the files OSCAR???.ZIP
  46.   or OSCAR???.EXE are included in the transfer and are not modified in
  47.   any way.  You may NOT distribute OSCARREG.EXE or OSCARREG.ZIP this is
  48.   your registered copy without the opening screen and your name imbedded
  49.   in the program.  You may NOT disassemble, modify, reverse engineer, or
  50.   create derivatve works of OSCAR.
